Why the price here is monthly. Mercamadrid's statistics endpoint returns one aggregate per requested period. Traded volume responds correctly to a single-day query, so daily volume is real. The price fields do not move day to day — the daily maximum sat unchanged for months and the daily "más frecuente" simply equals it. A genuine price series only resolves at monthly range, so that is what is published. A daily price line here would be a flat line pretending to be a market.
