Read this as a posted reference level, not a daily series. RNM publishes every market day and repeats the last quote on days without a new one. Across the farmed bass and bream series the quote changed only a handful of times in the last twelve months. Every figure below therefore carries the date it last actually moved, and the chart steps rather than drifting.

Moyen is the average quotation, mini and maxi the bounds RNM publishes for the same session, excluding VAT (€ HT). Series are matched on the label containing aquaculture; sauvage and de ligne (wild and line-caught) are excluded, since they trade at multiples of the farmed level and would distort the benchmark. The LIBCOD identifiers RNM uses are re-read from the index page on every run, because they are periodically re-issued.
